Physical Depth Perception occurs when (and only when) your two eyes work together to bring
reality into focus.
If you close your right eye then open it, the object you're viewing moves slightly over to the left.
If you close your left eye then open it, the object moves slightly to the right.
When you only have one eye open, everything is out of focus.
Maybe not by much... but in some instances, it amounts to a lot.
Spiritual Depth Perception is the same.
Without Jesus, your reality is not in focus.
You aren't on the narrow path.
You may be close to it... walking slightly to the side of it...
but that's not close enough! Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. 14But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it. (Matthew 7:13-14)
The goal of Depth Perception Drama is to use creative comedies and dramas to help
open up that spiritual eye, which has all too often been blinded by the world.
